By downloading or using TileGenius, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of TileGenius, developed by Codeus, Inc. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of the App

TileGenius is a word game application. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with other users.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

TileGenius offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (TileGenius Pro). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TileGenius — including but not limited to the Word IQ scoring system, game logic, graphics, and branding — are owned by Codeus, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use automation tools, reverse engineer the app, or engage in any conduct that disrupts other players' experience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TileGenius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Codeus, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TileGenius.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
