- Open TileGenius and tap Sign Up on the welcome screen.
- Enter your email address and choose a password, or sign in with Apple/Google.
- Check your email for a verification link and tap it to confirm your account.
- Pick a username and you're ready to play!
TileGenius is a word tile game where you build words from a set of letter tiles to earn points. Longer words and rare letters score higher. You can play solo against the clock, challenge friends in real-time matches, or climb the global leaderboard. Tap any tile to select it, then arrange letters to form a word and tap Submit to score.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), not directly through TileGenius.
On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find TileGenius, and tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, find TileGenius, and tap Cancel subscription.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you need further help, contact us at support@tilegenius.app.
To delete your account and all associated data, email support@tilegenius.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address linked to your TileGenius account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when it's complete.
Please note that deletion is permanent and will remove your game history, scores, and leaderboard entries.
